Sausalito's Artist Communities harbour many practitioners of diverse arts. It has been a very successful marketplace for art, with a thriving colony of galleries located on Bridgeway and also on Princess St., and within the historic ICB Building. This location is the home of the Sausalito Artists Open Studios Annual Events "Marin Art & Winter Open Studios".
